Talented, high-performing individuals operate in a rarified deal space. The strength and quality of their legal relationships, along with their ability to solve problems, manage conflict and settle disputes in a timely fashion, are keys to their effectiveness and wellbeing, the effectiveness and wellbeing of their households and, ultimately, of their communities.  For them, not only can litigation be for high stakes, but it can also present added burdens to their already-stressful daily lives.   Further, it can be incredibly (and often unnecessarily) frustrating and expensive as it takes on its own gravitational pull, as the possibility of fair and reasonable dispute resolution seems to recede into the horizon.
